90-Day Fitness Programs

 

Registration for our 90-Day Fitness Program is now closed.
We will begin another program in January so stay tuned! 

We offer two 90-Day Fitness Programs to choose from. Each program includes classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, cardio hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, before and after pictures, a meal plan and monthly assessments to track your progress. Classes are small and are lead by passionate and caring personal trainers.

Participants are required to follow the provided meal plan with 95% adherence and to attend at least 95% of the classes and cardio hours. This equates to one day/month that you can miss a class and/or nutrition.

Programs begin August 29th and end November 23rd, 2016. Once participants have registered, they will be contacted via email regarding their desired class time.

The cost of each program is $150. 


nordictrack-incline-trainerIncline Fitness Program 
|  Based on the Nordictrack treadmill, the program will combine strength and cardio components. During this program, participants will experience incline progressing from 0-40%. Classes are one hour.

Classes will be held at 6am, 8am, 4:30pm and 6:30pm. (Class times will need at least three people registered in order for that class time to be held.)

 

NTL24015_gallery3_xxlTreadmill Fitness Program  |  Combining cardio and strength, this program will progress in difficulty from week to week. Participants will experience an incline going from 0-10% throughout the 90 days. Classes are one hour.

Classes will be held at 5am, 7am, 9am, and 5:30pm. (Class times will need at least three people registered in order for that class time to be held).
