Hi, I’m Dana! I grew up playing volleyball and basketball in Houston TX. After high school, I enrolled at Utah State University where I met my husband Ryan. We have two children: Spencer, 14 and Dillan Jane, 5.
In my free time I enjoy playing basketball and volleyball on the city recreation teams and attending the Utah State football games. Our family spends summers on the water wakeboarding and tubing and winters on the mountain at Snowbasin.
I’ve always been an athlete and am always ready for a new challenge. I started as a client at FreeMotion in March 2012. As a successful testimonial participant, I fell in love with the philosophy of FreeMotion. I lost 24lbs and more than 25 inches and was been invited to be a trainer. I have found my passion in life as a trainer! FreeMotion opened doors I had no idea existed. I’ve enjoyed coaching at FreeMotion since December 2012 and am currently in the process of getting my certification for personal training.
I contribute my success to the awesome trainers and FreeMotion team for the opportunity to be involved with clients on their journey to getting healthy and being active. My passion is to guide people to a healthy balanced lifestyle doing the activities they enjoy most. I love to share knowledge, tricks and secrets to fitness with those who desire to change.
