90-Day Fitness Program Information

Our next 90-Day Fitness Program runs from March 16, 2015 – June 5, 2015. 

In our Nordic Track 90-Day Fitness Program participants sign up SIGN UP for a strict, 90-day program where they attend classes five days a week. In addition to the fitness classes, participants in this option are given nutrition guidance, before/after measurements/photos, and are held accountable for class attendance and nutrition compliance. All of this is yours for a one-time fee of $100.

**Please note: participants will be required to sign various appearance release forms that gives permission for their photos, videos and weight loss success to be used for marketing purposes. If you are uncomfortable with this please join our month-to-month classes.**
